Dr. Labib: I want to tell you very frankly that many Muslims
who are very highly educated, criticize the Quran. We have one of
our popular authors, in fact he was the minister of education at
one time, in Egypt, his name is Taha Hussein, and he criticized
the Quran. He read, he spoke about the Quran, and when he came to
the story of the building of Kaaba, this is the mosque that they
go to pilgrimage every year, he said that this was a legend, it
was not a true thing. So when the Muslim reads the Quran, and digs
deep in Islam, he will come to this point, there is a vacuum here,
there is emptiness in my heart, and no one will fill that emptiness,
this vacuum but the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, and the
truth, and the light. And God, in Jesus Christ, came to reach
men. In Islam, you have to struggle to reach God. But who are you
to reach God? What kind of a ladder to take you from earth to heaven,
because God knows that we cannot have that long ladder? He came
to us in the person of Jesus Christ. And He said, "You cannot
come to me. It's impossible! But I will come to you, and I come
to you to embrace you; I come to you to give you rest. Come to
me, all you are burdended, and are heavy laden. I will give you
rest." Listen, who can give to every man and woman in this
planet Earth rest, but God? The only one who challenged the trouble
for mankind is Jesus Christ. "Come to me. All of you are heavy
laden. I will give you rest." Of course, because He is God,
and He can give rest to everybody. And what He said, He did! He
gave rest to Mary Magdalene, He gave rest to the Samaritan woman.
He gave rest to Zacchaeus; He gave rest to Peter, to Saul of Tarsus,
He made him follow the apostles. Jesus Christ is the only answer
for the vacuum in the heart of any human being. But Muslims, I pity
them. I really pity them! Because you know, when you read it again,
and again, and again, the Quran, you will not find one verse that
will introduce you to a loving God, who will really embrace me and
say, "You are my daughter. You are my son."

The Bible Matthew
11:28-30
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will
give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly
in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
